Reading the stories makes me think I am alone. I went to the clinic for braces, for which the doctor recommended me to remove my teeth (2). Since I had to shift to another city, for almost an year, I kept traveling each month for the braces alignment. After the braces, I planned on getting my retainers in another city as I lived there. Somehow, the clinic said they'll do it on the same I removed my braces contrary to their initial statements of not being able to do it that soon. I didn't feel great throughout the process of retainers application. He wasn't ready to give time for me to talk or ask. He just asked (again, felt like an order) us to go get cash instead of card or online transaction when we insisted for the latter. I hoped it would be a request. When I tried to talk and mentioned about my travelling, he said "for whom did you do it" in a very harsh way. * **** ***** **** ** ***** ** * ***** ******* moreover I feel sad that only I seemed to experience this, but the doctor was not warm at all neither friendly nor seemed like he gave any respect or "cared". Maybe it is me. Maybe, for once, it is actually the doctor. I will never go there again. All I want is a (any) doctor who is willing to treat patients like people.

I am very much satisfied with the treatment of my dental pproblems .The treatment is painless, is very professional n with lot of patience n courteous. I recommend him to others who have serious rental problems. I wish the Doctor success n a bright future. Msg. By a patient, s.v.raman.

My in-laws are visiting Ramesh Garu fr past 8 years wen ever necessary, they stuck with him after many trails with different doctors in Vizag. Im getting treated from 1 year.

Best things are.. Treatment for only necessary things, explaining in detail about the issue, complete diagnosis, gentle and precise treatment, calm, simple and positive energy, excellent time scheduling, good follow up.

We visited this clinic a few times in the past and the experience has been good. However, I am utterly disappointed after my last visit yesterday. The same doctor who treated me well in the past was a bit rude and behaved impatiently. *** ** ** *** * *** *** ** **** *** **** ******* ******* *** *** ** ****** *** ******* *********

Being a senior citizen, I would want to visit a doctor who has some patience to listen to my problems and advice accordingly.
