It was wonderful experience with Dr Swati Patel. I was diagnosed to be prediabetic . My HbA1c level was high. I was thinking to consult diabetologist and have set my mind to go for medication. After some discussion with my husband and Dr Swati Patel, I started my journey to go from prediabetic to non-diabetic level. She gave me a diet regime which I have to maintain every day, exercise, routine and nutritious recipes . I never felt starved. She taught how to eat right food at the right time with right attitude. By the regular follow-ups and consultation, I am now at non diabetic level . A big thank you to Dr Swati Patel for being such a good dietician and amazing experience.
