I am extremely grateful to Dr. Salomi for making my weight loss journey incredible. I lost thirteen kgs. in three months, which seemed impossible for me to achieve with severe back issues. Dr. Salomi has been an angel to me for helping me shed those extra kilos in no time. Without lifting any weights, neither hitting the gym nor strenuous exercise, Doctor lets you do basic exercises which helps you lose those extra kilos. The key is to be determined, disciplined and consistent in your daily routine and chores. It is crucial to follow the diet plan ma’am gives to get the desired results as no amount of exercise will help you against a bad diet. She gets completely immersed into our day-to-day activity and would make sure that we are eating right. Doctor Salomi would herself take personal exercise sessions many a times and would guide us with the right approach of doing exercises. One of the best things is that there is no hard and fast strictness about timings, in case of emergency or when you are not available on some days, Ma’am helps you with the schedules and adjusts it in our benefit.
