Hello ma'am. Thank you for your feedback. Just to bring it to your kind attention we have two assistants and team of doctors including associate Doctor. All were busy due to heavy rush of patients when you visited. (Which can happen at any good clinic)

You waited for less than 5 minutes, actually at any good clinic or hospital there can be waiting for some time because we can't stop treatment of any patient halfway.

We would have taken you before those patients in the waiting as they were there for long treatments, our staff also tried to contact you many times but didn't get any answer.
