Post 2 years L5S1 surgery Mri shows disc bulge and curvature of spine. Pain in lower back left side and radiating down left leg in thigh and calf muscle. Unable to sit and walk for long. Started since last 2 months before was able to jog, exercise and do other activities normally with no pain or stress. Did some physiotherapy sessions with ultrasound electric impulse but did not help much. Will physiotherapy help as this is post microdiscectomy and the disc is blackish in the MRI not translucent as others.

Sir I am in ca final. I am too much stressed with my busy life and tensed due to lot of my syllabus. how can I reduce it.
There was extreme unbearable headache(dr say its brain stroke) after every 2hr.
Doctor gave medicine (dolonex, stat ) by which stokes were reduced within a week.
Now no stoke has occured for month, but there is continuous mild to low headache every time. Headache increases with talking, noise(sound). Much weakness is felt all day and sleeplessness at night.
Headache is such that it pains even when head is touched or say while she comb hairs.
[-No MRI or CT scan done yetas doctor told us that tests are not needed.
-She was diagnosed Dengu positive just a 2 week before strokes & was not yet cured fully.
-She also had migraine problem few year back.
-Her BP always remains at lower end.
- She was under stress and tension just before strokes occurred
Doctor says it is migrain & will be OK, just take medicine,
But continuous headache is there for over 1 month!
Plz guide what this condition is ? Are we taking right medicine(as written in MEDICATION field) or should we change doctor?
My husband was suffering with severe back ache since 3years. Recently we consult a neuro surgeon he diagnosed and Confirmed that he has listhesis problem grade 2 condition immediately go for surgery. We don't know at what percentage he was in grade 2 condition. Again we consulted orthopedic doctor he said no need of surgery immediately we have time take observations for 3-6 months after that there was no improvement in relieving of problem then only have to go for surgery. Please suggest me the best way for treating listhesis. If we went for surgery how much working condition of the person can expect. Is that preferable for back exercises for pain relief. Please give me the suggestion in which way we have to go for treatment. After surgery he will be like previously life or else he will stick on bed like that? Thank u
