High BP 156/88, numbness in leg and hand

I take one tablet per day for BP. My doctor after knowing this problem has prescribed me stemetil MD 5 mg twice daily for 5 days.

Chest pain

I have chest pain from 1yr, it feels like pain in the right and middle part of my chest. I feel pain only when i move my body where chest gets some moments. I have the habit of smoking 2 -3 cigarettes a day from nearly 4 years, and i am trying to quit that now. I am worried if this is a heart issue or lung problems, i am just 25. . The pain reduces or goes off if i don't move my chest part for some days, and it again increases or starts if i move my hands and chest part. I don't have any other problems or symptoms apart from this. Please give some good suggestions for the problem i am facing.

High heartbeat

Sir.,I have a heartbeat of 104 when checked today morning and I consulted a physician doctor..he took an ECG and told me that I should consider a cardiologist ..and I consulted a chief cardiologist and he told me that I am having a rare wbw syndrome and told me to take a "Holt test" and please I need to know what is the problem....

Is 2d echo needed if ECG was normal?

I had a seizure and subsequently had an ECG done which returned normal. Doctor has now asked me to do a 2d echo which costs a lot. Is it really necessary?
