Running nose and Sneezing

I often have this problem, running nose and continuous sneezing. It takes 3-4 days to cure without medicine. Sometimes I took Cetzen for this, it gave me some temporary relief but did not effect so. My doctor suggested me to take a Montek LC course for 90 days. During the course this problem was totally gone. But just after the course has completed it occurs again the same. Please suggest me a proper treatment to cure it.

Raynauds condition

I have raynauds condition which was diagnosed 15 years ago. I'm a little worried whether it would get worsen as I get older. I worry whether it would affect my organs to fail ( such as kidney failure or liver failure). Because during winter times my joints are quite stiff (although I don't do much excercises) and turn blue and during summer my ankles gets swollen. I have ashthma and exzema as well. Is there anyway I can prevent from any serious conditions in future by this Raynauds. Is there are any home remedy or food I can consider please?
