My overall experience was disappointing. The doctor did not even take 1 minute to understand my history - when did I contract the disease

My overall experience was disappointing. The doctor did not even take 1 minute to understand my history - when did I contract the disease, what were my symptoms, what were my other co morbidities, what other medication am I on, etc.

It was a 2 min call in which I was told that I’ll receive a prescription. The prescription contained medicines I’m not allowed to take due to other illnesses.

Even the video call was a bit unsettling. The doctor was in the dark through the call - maybe could have simply done a voice call.

On the whole, a very negative experience and wouldn’t recommend.

If it’s a medical emergency, never ever consult Dr. Yacham Pushpalatha. She wouldn’t reply or come online for a call. You’d be simply wasting your time and money.
