By around 1.50 pm i rchd the hsptl n waitd till 2.15 n the frnt ofc staff told me that some meeting which was scheduled on 1.00 to 2.00 pm started lately so they can't tell when the Dr. will be back.i infmd them i can't wait for a long time as i took permission from ofc n has to be back there within the permitted time.By 2.30 pm they told me to go to the third floor.there also i infmd the lady in the reception that i hv to return ofc on time.she telephoned to somebody n by 2.35 consultation started.But someone who hasn't took appointment was sent first for consultation n when i complaint about it the reception staff in that floor told me eventhough i was given appointment on 2.00 pm which i took directly the previous day, the one who was sent to Dr reached hospital earlier than me.She also told me if i had any complaint i should tell it to the persons concerned indicating she is not supposed to hear me.As i couldn't wait for longer i returned cancelling my booking.if persons without appointment can consult Dr. while the ones with booking are waiting even after their alloted time then why such a booking option is there.

The wo rst part is when i called to the number which was displayed there as PRO's,neither responded nor called me back.Didn't expect this.Your time is our Priority, Is it so??????
