I have been visiting Dr Gins Paul's Dental Designs since 2019 as I have multiple fillings on my teeth. I recently visited Dental Design's with an enquiry of dental veneer. I have been worried about teeth yellowing for really long, the discolouration having become even more serious recently. Having tried teeth whitening the effect of which has been really short term, I had been looking for a long term solution for teeth yellowing. Dr Gins Paul responded positively, answered all my questions patiently and proposed a treatment plan for myself. I was impressed and convinced by his explanation and decided to start Dental Veneer Treatment. The treatment needed several appointments, some of them being really long. All the appointments were fixed according to my convenience, without affecting my work hours by the front office staff Mrs Preetha. Dental Designs has a welcoming atmosphere, the front office staff , the team of doctors and the supporting staff being very friendly and helpful. Dr Gins Paul has been so friendly, kind and compassionate throughout the course of treatment that he has helped me overcome my apprehensions regarding Dental veneer treatment, putting my tensed self to ease. He had been attending all my phone calls during the due course of treatment in between his busy schedule, patiently answering all my queries. I am very much impressed by his dedication and professionalism he has shown during the treatment. Finally it was the veneer fixing day and I must say that I was extremely happy to see my beautiful smile and pleasantly surprised to see the kind of transformation that I have attained from my original self. I have felt that Dr Gins Paul is so passionate about his profession that he has taken so much of effort and care with precision towards such an impressive result. I have finally been able to overcome the lack of confidence and insecurities I have felt due to teeth yellowing which I thought I would never overcome in my entire life time. Had a pleasant experience all through the 10 days of treatment. I was visiting a dentist after 20yrs and naturally had lots of repairs to be done.. I had two extractions, one root canal and many many fillings. Never thought all this could be done in ten days as i had a tight schedule. Be it Dr.Gins or Dr. Sumesh or the two lady dentists or any of the support staff, they all make sure that you are comfortable. I personally felt the cost of treatment was reasonable considering the work they had to do on me.I never had to wait more than 10 mins which by itself shows that they value clients time too.

The doctors and the staff at Dental Designs are very professional and supportive.I would like to thank Dr.Gins Paul and his team for the care and support rendered to my mother for all her dental procedures.The doctor makes the patient comfortable and at ease while doing the procedures.Also appreciate the support and friendliness of the receptionist for taking care of the appointments and her guidance.

I've been seeing the doctor for my apicoectomy for awhile. I was so afraid of the dental process, but everything went well. The procedure was quite smooth and painless. Now I have to do my root canal on the other tooth. I'll go back to him again this week. The clinic is nice and clean, the reception is friendly also all the staffs there. The cost is reasonable! I'd recommend this place.

There was a discontinuity to the treatment due to COVID n transfer of my residence . Yet the treatment was picked from the point it was needed with no fuss. The level of the problem and it’s treatment was explained satisfactorily. I liked the greater level of professionalism shown in the treatment.

My tooth had been hurting and infected for months. It caused me a lot of other systemic infections. He was great with extraction. He took the time to explain every procedure he was doing. Even though I was nervous, he took time to make me comfortable and procedure was well done also Dr. Gins Paul has a great rapport with his assistants and they work very well together. I had a pleasant experience.
