I visited clinic for overall fitness consulting. I was almost fifteen minutes late but doctor was very welcoming! She noted everything about my routine & past medical history in detail and prepared a diet plan based on food options available around my office and home area. So the suggested diet is extremely practical to follow and not to forget the diet has lots of varieties! She also suggested workout plans. Moreover, doctor is available on WhatsApp and shares lots of information without any hesitation. I would highly recommend her. Thanks & stay blessed doc!

Best part was she never asked to stop eating anything.
