Dr. Mukulika Ghose Banerji (PhD)

I have been a patient of Mukulika since 2017. I found her on Practo and instinctively chose her for my first therapy session. I never had to look elsewhere (trial & error) with other counsellor as I clicked with right since. Each session has been transformative, informative and beneficial to my overall mental health. Her calm, patient demeanour makes it easy to approach her with any challenging questions, thoughts and emotions. The solutions, exercises and techniques shared are also extremely helpful.

I was on look out for a life coach for a long time until I finally met Doctor Mukulika. Her cheerful disposition, her ability to listen to your problems, her empathy and her non judgemental views and understanding has added tremendous value to my life. I was suffering from high functioning depression, she recommended me to a good psychiatrist for medication which really helped me. I am working with her on my personality development. I look forward to meeting her for every session of mine and she has been a wonderful coach, a trustworthy confidante and most importantly one of the best therapists I've consulted till date.

I wasn't sure of the actual problems I had when I went for the first session. I just thought I needed some help and went to find it. And the doctor has really helped to figure out what the real problems are and then helping to solve them.

The doctor uses a way where we logically debate a circumstance which makes me realise my mistakes.

The doctor is patient, calm and comforting in her approach.

This was my first ever therapy session and Dr. Mukulika made sure that I'm very comfortable to share what I felt. I was a little dicey about talking about my problems to a complete stranger but she made sure there was that comfort and ensured I felt safe while sharing my stuff. She made me look into different perspectives and guided me as to how I could tackle the tricky situations and it has been very helpful to me. She's extremely friendly and loving and you get a good feeling and hope after talking to her. Thank you!

My sessions with Dr.Mukulika came at a fairly critical point for me and I’m happy to say they’ve been incredibly helpful. Even after attending to numerous other patients in a day she always manages to give me her undivided attention. She has a calming and stabilising effect and a very caring approach. Her humorous analogies ( which will resonate with you for a long time ) and non-judgemental ways makes hard topics easier to address head-on. She always validates my feelings and helps me self reflect and become a better version of myself with every session. I am eternally grateful for this strengthening and enlightening experience. ❤️

I remember I was so upset when I went to see Ms Mukulika, I was crying for the entire session. She was so patient with me and such a great listener, made me feel really comfortable, addressed my issues and was able to help me. Only after my first session I was feeling so positive about my life and the choices that I had made.

She made me feel comfortable in my own skin. She is the reason I am out of my depressed state and moving forward in my life.

She does wonders on you. Not only an amazing doctor but a fabulous person as well.

She is extremely friendly and instantly lifts up your spirits with her smile. She helped me through out my degree college. There were many times that I repeated myself (about my fears) and kept asking her the same questions and she always answered them with equal warmth and never made me feel bad about it. The doctor was like a friend to me, making a very safe understanding space for me to open up. I started seeing the positive results in me gradually after a few sessions with her.
