I believe that everyone needs an expression to start healing, and Therapy is that expression, expression of pain, discomfort, and helplessness.With over 6 years of experience in working with people helping them achieve a healthy mental well-being, I have learnt that there is a lack of awareness about mental health. Keeping this in mind, I want to work harder towards raising awareness about mental health, challenges faced by people suffering from mental health concerns, and fight towards eradicating the stigma attached to mental health.My approach is integrative and includes Cognitive- Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Positive Psychology and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
