It's almost 3 months I am consulting her and I am super happy with the results. With multiple Dietitian options around I wasn't sure whom to consult and I was kind of unsure when i first visited her. Her fees were also steep but I went by her experience and when i visited her the first time I knew I did the right thing. In fact , from first week I started getting the benefits which helped me to ensure I follow the plan to the T. Kinit Hazare is a fantastic dietician...I tried quite a number of them before her..they put me on a diet of chana and kurmura and stuff to reduce..I can't stay really hungry as I suffer from migraine..can't exercise as I have osteoarthritis.. In spite of all these problems I m losing weight with Kinit..she has a solution to all my eating issues.gives me a lot of varieties to eat...basically has given me my confidence back...I would definitely recommend her to all ..ty Kinit.
Both my wife and me are avid runners and we also hit the gym regularly. We had never consulted anyone for our diet / nutrition requirements and mostly relied on our running coaches / gym instructors and on self research. However, after having met with Mrs. Kinit Hajare, we are really wondering as why we did not consult her before and probably wasted so many years without getting optimum results. Mrs. Hajare is vastly experienced and the amount of time that she spends to understand the food habits, preferences and requirements of each client is what makes the experience very satisfying. We would highly recommend her.
I think, she has a great command on the overall subject of diet and nutrition. I had always thought diet was a most difficult thing to follow but the kind of plan she has given and the options she has included , its going to be easy and fun.
