I visited Dr.Dembla at Healthspring , panchpakhadi (Thane) clinic for weight loss as per BMI.. I had enrolled for the 3 month Diet program .. The diet was very systematically planned right from day one after understanding my daily eating habits and my body requirements. Gradually the diet was modified to suit the body and i did not feel any kind of weakness / pain during the entire duration of 3 months. I am very happy with the end result as the target BMI weight was achieved. I recommend Dr.Dembla and i am convinced about the role of diet /exercise in our daily lives.
