Anxiety, lack of confidence

Hi, I have been facing this concern since many years now. I always get these panic attacks whenever I'm facing an interview, new cases, despite being in this profession for over 8 years. I always have this fear of being not good enough and that people would think that I'm bad at my job. Also, it feels that what I do is not material and meaningless. This was not the case in initial years as i used to take a lot of pride in my work. Ultimately the anxiety is getting reflected in my output, as I have got negative feedback about my work as well as attitude. It is raising insecurities about future as I'm always worried about post retirement or what would happen if I loose my job. It is also affecting my personal relationships. Despite knowing that I'm lacking on some aspects, I'm not taking any corrective measures. I took 15 days off from my job as I dread going office. All I did in these 15 days was stayed in bed and avoid human interaction. Seems I have lost ability to think straight.

Depression

Since 3-4 months i am feeling very depressed. Don't feel like working inspite of the fact that i am among those few who are lucky to make their passion their profession. Since a month, the situation has more deteriorated. I haven't went to office in last 20 days. No proper food i take. Sometimes feel like sleeping for hours and hours and at the same time don't feel sleepy. Have lot of personal life issues about which i keep on thinking. I was known for my super positivity and activeness but today i am so negative in each case.
It is for the first time i am seeking consultation in this regard and so i don't know how it flows, from where to start and where to end, what to talk and what to not. Sometimes i even feel suicidal but at the same time thought crosses my mind that i am not so weak and coward person.
I feel like i am fighting with myself.

I was facing issues where I couldn't stand the awkward moment of saying or doing what I really want. One of my friend suggested me to meet Guruprasad.
My first impression of him was dynamic and well spoken person. He asked my current and history problems. After which he suggested me to do some shame attacking exercises. I was totally afraid to do that in first time but he gave me confidence and asked to do exercises step by step. I am kind of person who never thought of doing those in my life before but I did because he guided me very well. After doing that I became very much open about my views, opinions. It helped me to deal with my social anxiety. His methods to handle depression and negative thoughts are also unique *** **********
I would strongly recommend Guruprasad to all as after meeting him I can see positive changes in my life and career.

Pornography Is Not Sex Education but Can Be a Addiction.

It smells teen spirit, around a well-heated debate on “Ban of pornography”. one youngster pops up a defence that porn is sex education available and we mustn't ban it. Well, I'm not for banning pornography either, but the logic seemed to me a bit weird. Sex education? When did this happen? [...]
