Founder of PhysioQinesis, Shwetha has been practicing physiotherapy for the past 16 years. With a keen interest in Neuro Rehabilitation which later on diversified with personal interest in running and training children in sports, her interest in running led to one of her biggest achievements so far – Shwetha recently completed her first full marathon at the BMW Berlin Marathon 2016.
Shwetha says, “Marathon running is a passion that is meditative for me, the runs take me to different places to participate in events overseas which makes the travel bug in me happy. I also love to trek the sahayadris and Himalayas, the grandeur of the mountains challenges my fitness and also has a serene and calming effect.
I strongly believe in team work, the whole concept of the client-centric planning of treatment and execution of the plan leading towards achieving the clients goal is very motivating.”
