"I recently visited Rise Network for a knee injury, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the friendly receptionist, and I felt immediately at ease.

During the lockdown, I had developed severe pain my left shoulder. A General Practitioner suggested rest and few painkillers. As this was peak corona time, hence I was reticent in actually meeting someone. Slowly I was reduced to almost 10-20% shoulder mobility only.

After climbing stairs multiple times or sitting cross legged for long time I get knee pain. The pain is due to weak thigh n hip muscles.

I started treatment with Dr.Priyanka for chronic Lower back pain, neck pain and tennis elbow. She has a very genuine concern for patients, patiently heard out everything i had to say, carried out a very thorough investigation of my problems, and explained the causes for the same. Based on the problems the treatment was started, during which each exercise was explained in detail with the benefits from them. After doing all exercises under her guidance and supervision, my condition has improved vastly and overall stronger and healthier feeling. And being the pleasant and positive personality she is, she motivates to do all exercises regularly. Looking forward to continue till I m perfectly fit.
