Ms. Aishwarya Palsule (Physiotherapist)

I went to the center with severe backache, apparently a spasm and Dr. Aishwarya was quick to diagnose the issue after asking a set of relevant questions. She explained the issue well which helped to calm my nerves as i was in a bit of a panic situation assuming it to be some serious issue. She also gave a couple of exercises which helped to reduce the pain instantly. I did about 4-5 sessions with her wherein she taught a lot of exercises, suggested posture corrections and also answered all my queries patiently. Overall it was a great experience and I would certainly recommend her to those who are suffering from any muscle or spine related pain.

Dr.Aishwarya cured my neck and shoulder pain with simple and minimum exercises . She explained reason behind my neck pain vey well .She also suggested right sitting posture and timly breaks . it has been helping me to do my job for long time without back pain . Thank you 😊

I was having acute neck pain due to cervical spondylitis and was not able to sit for more than 1 hour. Doctor has given me various exercises and within few days of exercise I came out of pain. It was very good experience and am very happy about it. Also started believing in Physio therapy.
