Dr. Gautam Zhaveri is indeed the **** patients friendly Doctor who waited for me inspite of my 2-hoir delay, though he had other Urgent commitments. He checked my Spine MRI thoroughly and examined me clinically to advise medications and exercises. Dr. Gautam Zhaveri explains the conditions very clearly, which even a child can understand without difficulty

We went to zen hospital in chembur to see Dr Gautam is extremely rude and will not bother listening to your medical history. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. We took our grandmother there, the consultation fees starts from 1500, I was told it will be 2000 on the phone. We were over charged 3000 rs and 1000 for X-ray and he only met the patient for less than 7mins. And he wouldn’t accept card payment or Gpay, Only cash!!!

Dr.Should be good listener ***** ********** *** ****** **** ********** My experience with Dr. He don't want to listen the problem with the past history but want to listen to him..and give the advice.. I just spent not more than 5-6min in his cabin... Over all as a specialist.. I have some expectations from Dr.Because I was traveling from Nashik for his valuable advice.. But it is not up to the mark**** ***** ******* **** ***** ** * ********** *** ** **** ***** ********

I have had a terrible experience with Dr Gautam Zaveri.

I was recommended to Dr Zaveri for my back and leg pain from BARC Hospital . Dr Zaveri took no time to decide and did a surgery. ** ***** ******* **** *** ** ** *** ** **** ********* ******* ** ***** * *** ** ******* *** ****** ********

Recently on 18.3.19 I was again recommended to Dr Zaveri for a follow up. I was thoroughly disappointed seeing his behaviour towards the patients. There was no humility or patience shown towards senior citizens. The moment we tried explaining our problem instead of hearing us out he started shouting on us. He started blaming on various factors like lifestyle, laziness, BARC doctors, physiotherapists etc. Least we can expect from a doctor is good behaviour. This has left a really bad taste with us and hence would not recommend people to consult him.

My mother was sent to the doctor from BARC after months of pain. Dr Zaveri had performed spinal surgery on her a few years back. * *** **** ****** ***** *** ******* *** ******* ************* It was found that some problem in the first surgery had caused pus formation. My mother underwent surgery again *** ******* *** ***** ********* **** ***** This time we wanted to ask him about the kind of exercises she should do for pain relief. However the doctor became rude and defensive saying nothing was wrong with her reports. ** ****** ** ******** ********** other doctors and physiotherapists and finally did not even recommend any specific treatments or excercises himself. One can at least hope for more humility from such a senior doctor.

Visited him on 28june18@jaslok, for pinched nerve cervical radiculopathy, I am suffering from last 8 months and visited 6 ortho docs, finally went for spine specialist at Jaslok *** ** *** *** ******* ******** ****** *** ***** ** **** and said i am OK and do excercise, In a way its good that specialist says I am fine but I am suffering pain from 8 month and excercise and pain killer are already On, I came to specialist for a specific treatment. I am unsatisfied with the line of treatment he gave as it was already followed by 8 months, Also we want to know and understand what may be next level of treatment like first is non surgical treatment and further is cervical epidural and then surgery which is not recommended. We expect a doctor ****** ******** ******** *** tell what is line of treatment. I am still continuing with the same excercise and pain killer for few more months... Hope the doctor takes time to explain the patient in details for even a small problem of spine.

Doctor should me more humble and polite through its action and body language.

I went for my dad spine consultation referred by BARC. Doctor has rich experience but the interaction was not connecting enough. He was throwing the reports as if doctor is doing a favour.

I request he take this feedback in positive way and interact with patient and it's family member politely.

Very friendly and well explained. Was very Warm. Explained details and gave comfort. Which is the most important for a doctor.
