Excellent Doctor, clean and very good Clinic Hospital. Staff are friendly and good.Very Confused unprofessional ReceptionOn call also they keep saying we are going to do, but never will they call back unless it becomes a complaint or excalated case.Emergency line works and responsive though doctors are not responsive as i had severe Salivary gland Jaw lockNo one cared to follow or call back or advise after repeated messages and calls.Needs team work management upgraded to the level they are already able with excellent setup.DR. V M its a blessing to Have met him.He is super good in overall.Hope he will work on Protocol and remote Reception and online serives with Staff.

My appointment timing was 3:50 pm and it's 7:18 pm now and I'm still waiting to see the doctor. And I've received the feedback link before I actually met the doctor. Nearly 4 hours waiting time is quite exhausting especially when you've a 3 hours journey ahead to home. Doctor Vashisht is an amazing doctor. And that his USP. And because of him we are still waiting here tirelessly. But seriously need to sort out reception and waiting time issue. This is a constant prevailing issue. I don't know whether this feedback reaches to concern person or not, and whether any improvement happens or not. Just thought to make an attempt. This has been said verbally many times. Hoping for improvement.
