It has been almost a year and I am doing well. Results have lasted . Simple methods to change the way we think. I always thought one has to eat less to lose weight and Diabetes means one has to stop eating sugar. How wrong was I?

It has been an eye opener.

My thinking has totally changed. With the simple measures and habit changing lessons, I am feeling healthy and well again. My weight is in normal range and have good diabetes control. Agreed , it took 2-3 months to show good results, but a small price to pay.
