I had booked an appointment and it was confirmed. When I reached the hospital I was told that the doctor left bcuz there were only 2 patients. I said you should have atleast informed me to which the hospital said we just saw that there was an online appointment. I drove all the way to the hospital and then I am told that the doctor left without informing me or cancelling my appointment. This is truly professional. I should have not have booked the appointment with you guys rather should have called and booked. I need you to take strict action against the hospital or doctor and compensate me for the time and money.
