Yours was a rare emergency case of Cord Prolapse which was detected in time and emergency C-Section Saved the child. It was to the credit to the junior doctor who was there to monitor Mrs. Neha Mehta in middle of night and detect the Cord Prolapse. There was no complications created by her which you have accused without any proof. Yours was the case of cashless mediclaim, as per GIPSA tarrif approved by TPA. As per our agreement with the GIPSA & the TPA 15% additional emergency charges are applicable for all cases between midnight and 8 in the morning, and which was explained to you during the processing.

You also understand you were only eligible for Rs. 50,000 from your Insurance Company and the balance of the bill had to be paid by you which was collected. You also are aware that you opted for Single Bed room and not Multi Bed in which case the bill amount would have been less.

It would have been very nice if you have discussed this issue with the hospital authorities before making false comments.
