We had to go compulsarily for the change in our Dentist. After a lot of research & information from our sources , our search happened to be successful for the right doctor and I very proudly say that she is our family dentist from more than two years. Three generation's teeths will be handled by her although in our vicinity there are many dentist.

Now, while writing the experience feed back , we don't see any change required in the name of dentist any more. We have to thank Lord for providing us a genuine , simple & nice doctor.

Basically she is a good human being first & roll of doctor is next. We appreciate her attitude towards the patient. She has a neck to understand the minds and moods of patients. In addition to this, she is certainly a hard-working,sincere and dedicated to the tasks she handles.

Adjustments in appointments , reasonable payments & that to as per one's own need : cooperation with individuals of any age from her are far more comfortable features.

One may feel that why am I appreciating her so much ? almost more than 75 times we have visited to her till date as huge dental works were pending for one of my family member (67 visits) which was completed by her in a most amicable , cohesive , careful manner in only four months. Which other doctors would have completed in span of a year at least with double budget than her charges. Addition to the conveyance expenses and time would have been cumbersome and unwanted burden to us.

Dealing with pain becomes like a song with music to enjoy with, if we have a good positivity around us while medically we are being handled as delicate as a due on d tip of a leaf . Obviously we tend towards healing - curing better and faster. One must take own experience and judge my statement, they are cent % true and fact is she was never known to us until we really visited her.

I went for my mom gum issue, she guided us very well and explained the procedure .

Before going to Dr Pragya I went to other Periodontist they directly suggested that nothing will work now and only dentures is the solution and so I was so dissatisfied with other periodontist, but Dr Pragya said recovery is possible without dentures & did surgery of my mom whole mouth & also saved her teeths .

She has became my family Dr now my whole family dentist issue I will go their & also will recommend all of you to visit her for your teeth & gums problem.

When I took the appointment it was told me 1000 for teeth cleaning but after teeth cleaning she took 1500 including consultation which i believe it was not a consultation to me. So I am not satisfied with the service and charged me extra for consultation.

She is very patient and gentle with her hands. I have done 3 Root canal and crown fixing. She handled intricate job skilfully.

Dr. Pragya was the first dentist I've seen since the pandemic. After past bad experiences with other dentists, she proved to be just who I needed to get my oral health back on track. She's empathetic, and definitely puts the patient first. She's very skilled, and despite my fears of the dentist's chair she took excellent care of me and made the process much more smooth than expected. She makes you feel safe even while navigating new procedures. I'll be continuing to see her regularly.

My Tooth was paining a lot, after consulting Dr Pragya Goswami and after my second seating my pain was vanished, she is very Co operative and treatment was very good. Dr. Pragya is a very good dentist and knows her area well. When it is about teeth, a patient is always very concerned, and hence the way the dentist explains the problem and carries out the treatment becomes very important.

For me, it was a tooth cavity to be filled, and the way I have been explained the cause of the cavity and the things I need to take care of in the future, has been pretty insightful as well.

Dr. Pragya is very friendly and cares for the patient. She is not like a lot of other doctors/dentists who would want to fleece the patients in the name of expensive treatments. Even for follow-ups, she is always available on a phone call.
