Everything is perfect. Dr. Nikhil Chitnis is an excellent Doctor with regards to quick diagnosis of the route cause & its treatment. He spokes very courteously. In the interest of the patient's well-being, Dr. Nikhil also goes the extra mile in advising the patients via messages & sending medicines quickly to the patients via express delivery. Entire hospital staff is polite.

Both the doctors i.e. Dr. Nikhil (gynaecologist) & Dr. Meenal (pediatrician) are very nice & helpful.

Hospital ambiance has been designed very thoughtfully, making it peaceful for childrens as well as for parents. There is no compromise in neatness & cleanness.

Hygiene factor was main key area where in hospital has focused properly making it more convenient place for everyone.

Both the doctors are genuine, co-operative & with lot of medical knowledge background which is very rare in today's time.

Even though both the doctors are still young in this profession but education qualification & their experience is un-matched with any of the current doctors in today's world. They don't directly treat the patience but instead feel the patience pain and accordingly suggest medications.

Both of them have solutions & suggestions for any & every kind of medical issues.

Unlike other hospitals, this hospital has in house facilities for everything. Pharmacy shop, sonography lab, children's play room, blood testing etc. are readily available in the same place rather than moving outside.

Would definitely suggest everyone to at least go once and experience there hospitalization.

Here other hospital staff are also very co-operative and polite in greeting all patience and their relatives. Phone calls are properly addressed & guided.

Kind of superb service we got was more than our expectations.

It was unfortunate that we were not aware of this wonderful hospital before & unnecessary my wife has to deliver in some other hospital which was not up to the standards of current competitive world. But would now surely follow this hospital in future and would recommend everyone.

I have been treated for hormonal upsets since I was just 12 by Dr. Nikhil sir. He is such a friendly doctor and very perfect when practices. When I contact him, I am completely stressed but after talking to him, I become extremely stress free. Each and every staff is very good at communication.Dr. Minal too is very good. Even being such a famous treatment centre, doctor is always available on call. I used to live very far from Thane and just on call, Dr. Nikhil treated me so well everytime. PCOS has become common now, but not every doctor can treat it without giving you side effects. However, Dr. Nikhil is best at tackling side effects and giving effective therapy.

Speaking about ambience of the hospital, it is prepared with amazingly creative minds which helps the patients and their kids to spend their times with ease.

I always wonder at those beautiful artifactual paintings on the walls and within that period of time, my appointment comes!!!!

On reaching the hospita Il was informed by the staff that doc is not available on the said branch where I was given appointment. Later on they instructed me to visit their other branch to which at first instance i though

Later on they instructed me to visit their other branch to which at first instance i thought Dr. Nikhil would be present there but thankfullyy what clicked me at that point i asked them how much time will it take me to reach over der and approx waiting time... To which later on the staff casually replied that You Will be meeting his assistant named Aditi to which i said i wanted to specifically meet the Doctor... On me asking them they said Doctor is unavailable till 15th as he is out of station . To summarize all this all i want to Say is that the staff should have informed me about the same on the very first instance rather than misguiding me to visit their other branch which is approximatiley 7-8km away from the branch where i had taken my appointment . Moreover confirmation for my appointment should not have been done from their side if concerened doctor isnt available.
