Very pleasant experience. Doctor has patience to explain all details. It looks like the staff are not checking the emails properly as my email replies to reschedule the appointment were not considered and I have to call them for it.

I have just started my treatment with Dr. Lad.In the beginning the pre treatment diagnosis,time spent on customer history and details in depth analysis is important,which I feel is base for further treatment.
