My appointment timing today is 5 p.m.I came hospital 4 o clock and done the paper work at 4.44. on counter respesionist told to meet doctor at 3rd floor at 5.30 and now here security guard says Dr is going for Angiograph

My appointment timing today is 5 p.m.I came hospital 4 o clock and done the paper work at 4.44. on counter respesionist told to meet doctor at 3rd floor at 5.30 and now here security guard says Dr is going for Angiography and will reach after half an hour.i have waist my time 2 hours and my all works is stop.Is this is regular practice to harres the patient and what is the work of respesionist.There is no coordination with staff.When your staff knows then they have to inform to Dr to wait for patients.
