This response is purely out of vengeance . I had personally waited out of OPD hours on her family physician's request, started the treatment. When her mother was not available, as soon as she came without discussing anything with me she took discharge against medical advice. After few days she came back to me asking for a certificate that I transferred the patient on my own initiative which was not correct. When I politely refused probably she was upset, My staff has cooperated in every possible way, I think that this platform is being used by her to settle personal scores which is very bad.
