Anywhere you go for treatment just ask your own child for feedback of DOCTOR...Review should not only be of staff or ambiance but actually of the Doctors behaviour with your kids... my daughter is just 4 years and in 2nd visit she was told by doctor that let me do my work (mala majhe kaam karu de) I believe that such small kid doesn’t understand but she was afraid of going for next time and I had to convince her for the treatment and finally got ready again... this time she was asking to stay inside but doctor didn’t allow and she was panic and crying loudly but no one called me inside the treatment room to calm her. When she came out i just asked her why were you crying and i was shocked to hear that Doctor said i will throw you out of the window (radlis tar khidkitun fakun deyn) to threaten her and calm down.. which is really wrong way to explain young and innocent kids.. I informed at the reception see wht she is telling me.. i said i will put this as feedback and i got a call frm doctor for apologies.... Doctor should not threaten but should use good technique so that the child never gets afraid or fear of anything..

Doctor and staff are very friendly . Doctor explains the problem properly and makes child very comfortable my 5yr old son loves his dentist and listens all the instructions very properly and follows them . The best part is waiting time is very minimal

We have gained the desired results in the pre-decided time period, i appreciate doctors efforts and we parents may be little late for regular consultations but here we get call from clinic itself when it's time for NXT consultation. Doctor sir is vry co-operative and patient with kids.Thankyou so much for the beautiful smile you have given to my daughter..

Both Dr. Amar and Dr. Shraddha are good.

They listen to your problem which I appreciate. Diagnosis is thorough as well as they let you make choice by providing different methods of treatment. Overall clinic staff is friendly with kids. Hygiene is maintained. Plenty toys are kept to keep children engage while waiting.

My daughter is just 5 years old, she had severe tooth ache, I went to Dr. Amar Katre knowing that he is a pedodontist and hoping that he would be more patient with my child. My child was a little uncooperative initially with doc ( it's normal I think of any child to get scared of the doctor) with out showing her instruments that he is using, he directly shoved a pricky little instrument into her mouth,( fyi this is her first dental visit) that startled her, he hardly looked at her mouth for 1 sec and he started complaining she not co operative, please take her out and make her understand etc etc.. at one point he also told if you're child throws tantrums then I will not be able to do the treatment. * ***** ***** ** *** *** ******* ** * ************ Nevertheless I got my daughter treated with a different pedodontist *** ***** ******* *** *** ********** ** ********* I would definitely not recommended this doc to anyone.

Both doctor and his office staff react very snobishlly when you dig deeper with questions other then the info they have provided. As a paying customer I have every right to ask questions about treatment or any other process, and it is a doctors duty to answer such questions, which Mr Katre was unable to do.

I was not comfortable getting my kid treated by him, so did not continue.
