Initially, I was very apprehensive about the session, but Ketki made me feel very calm and comfortable. The way she conducted the session helped me open up and speak with an open mind. The questions Ketki asked me, directed me to think in the right way to help me find the answers to my questions. I am practising what she asked me to do and that has really helped me remove my anxiety and fear and be more confident while handling any situation.
