I was over weight and used to feel lack of energy,mood swings,hormonal influence, sluggishness and immunity concerns.I was not eating breakfast since many years assuming it as a tool to maintain my weight.
I was happy to hear that breakfast is a must ,nuts are a must,eating outside food in a disciplined way is also okay.

I was suprised to see my sonography results i was diagnosed with grade III fatty liver PCOD also my HB1AC levels were in pre diabetic range. My gynac suggested to loose 10 kgs in 3 months to prevent my liver to go into cirrhosis. I had tried loosing weight earlier a multiple times but was never able to achieve or sustain with the regime. To loose 10 kgs seemed like an impossible task for me. I decided to take guidance of a nutritionist to achieve this mamoth target.
