AFB MTb- Kanamycin test, also known as Acid Fast Bacilli MYb- Kanamycin or AFB Sensitivity- Kanamycin Antibiogram Infected Tissue, measures the level of sensitivity of an infected tissue to Kanamycin. It detects drug resistant tuberculosis. It measures the level of sensitivity of the infected tissue to kanamycin. The response of the patient to a drug can be predicted.
