Firstly they don't follow any appointments or schedules system. It doesn't matter you have taken a fix timed appointment from Practo or not, You have to wait till your number comes after all the existing patients. Second, They take 400/- Rs for consultation. The amount Rs 300/- for consultancy published on website is entered either by mistake or for other reasons. The difference don’t matter much but being "Vatsalya Hospital", I recommend they should update their profile to maintain the transparency.

Seeing Dr. Kaushika Patel's profile and her rich experience online, we chose to visit her at least once from 15+ Km's for Fibroids. Despite Appointment the waiting period was long but finally COMPLETELY WORTH IT!

Many of her patients have recommended Dr. Kaushika Patel as a good doctor. But I am going one step further to also to recommend her as a great human being. More than a good doctor, I value the fact that she was a good listener.

We came to hospital around 10:15 and our appointment was scheduled for 10:30 but the staff was not at all vo-operative they were sending other patients first and was asking us to wait. Earlier she said there are 2 patients for report later the number increased to 7-8 reports on enquiry she said first doctor will check these reports patients and then ur turn will come.

What is point in getting earlier appointment if we we have to wait for 2 hours for checkup
