I was not sure that I was in depression but the people advised me to visit a psychiatrist as they sensed the never seen human in me. Then I saw the pamphlet of mental health camp and thus took an effort to meet Dr Anuj. Meeting him and getting counselled by him was a wake up call for me and I realised that I was going through depression and anxiety issues. I have continued treatment from him since last 2 months and have felt the difference in me. No longer my daily activities feel laborious and painful. I am happy to find the right expert for my problem.

Doctor was very patient with me and my husband. He gave us enough time to explain things and allowed us to ventilate our feelings. He later helped us understand the irrational ideas and expectations we were carrying with us. He worked gradually in each session at many of our ground level problems and difficulties which were causing a great harm to our relationship.
