A common feature of the instant video consultation is the doctor's tendency to rush though the appointment. He's not the first one to do so and if Practo doesn't implement strict guidelines, it won't be the last. We are supposed to be given a 10-15 mins span of attention, but the calls are completed within 2-3 minutes. I clearly had chilblains, as confirmed by another doctor later. But the doctor insisted I just had some sprain in my feet.
