Started by Shobhika Jaju, Silver Linings: Guidance & Counselling Centre, is a one stop place in South Goa for addressing all emotional and behavioural concerns, with the sole aim to promote and assist in the process of enhancing mental health well-being among individuals of all age groups.At Silver Linings, we have a team of psychologists specializing in different types of psychptherapy, remedial educators, & psychiatrists. In almost 4 years of operation, the centre has successfully assisted about 800 plus patients with concerns such as depression, anxiety, learning difficulties, marital issues, career difficulties, and stress, to name a few. About Shobhika Jaju: Psychologist - Clinical & Psychotherapist [M.A. Clinical Psychology, UGC NET]Shobhika Jaju has been working in the field of psychotherapy & counselling since 7 years with a wide range of population in Mumbai, Kolkata and Goa. Other than managing and working at Silver Linings, Shobhika Jaju also works as the Goa based counsellor for Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and Human Dynamic, Hong Kong. She is also an Assistant Professor of Psychology for the Masters in Child Development & Child Psychology course at Parvatibai Chowgule College in Margao, having played an active role in the start up of the course. Shobhika Jaju has been a visiting psychologist at INHS Jeevanti (Navy Hospital, Vasco) and Little's Pre-Primary & Primary School, Fatorda. She has worked as the Features Editor for Planet Goa Magazine in the past and continues to write for the magazine, and other print & online portals.
