Good treatment by doctor His advice was valuable because children listen to them. As a mother, my duty to take care was completely hassle free. After treatment there were no problems .My whole hearted thanks to Dr Ramesh.

My son was in trouble as the new tooth emerged, before the older one was shed. Two teeth at a time, posing inconvenience.

Dr.Ramesh, immediately din't resort to extraction, instead suggested to wait for a natural fall. He neither made us panic by technical jargons nor advised for Xray etc.

During the second visit also he advised for us to wait. As we discussed the problem, he agreed for the extraction. It was in seconds, with very least strain to my son, the tooth was on the pan. Dr.Ramesh is very genuine, simple & caring person, who express his professionalism only when required. I'm happy that my son recovered within 15 mins, and felt normal for the rest of the day. Seeing the bill, I realized that his professional expertise is affordable to all class of people. Dr.had kept the ambience very good, nice books to read for the waiting time. Really nice experience with Dr.Ramesh, and truely he is a pride of Salem. I'm confident that I can recommend to the needy. My wishes to Dr.Ramesh.

We visited the hospital just to get confirmed for my root canal treatment which they already suggested for.

When asked about my appointment the receptionist asked me to visit the hospital for confirmation.

Before consultation I personally inquired with the receptionist whether you will charge for this? She said NO .

However, after getting opinion the receptionist asked me pay fees of Rs.250.00 .When protested she gave different reply and when the matter was taken up with Doctor it was not properly responded. I paid the fees only because of false promise made by the receptionist.

The act happened is totally not fare and I register my protest. The hospital management should take this happening seriouly and servicing should taken care off.

I am totally taken back and I may have my own reservation for recommend I ng this hospital to my friend/relatives. I feel very sorry to register this.

I had a dental emergency on Saturday, as I was in extreme pain; Dr.Ramesh understood the emergency and gave me immediate appointment on emergency, he reviewed and explained me that he need to extract upper wisdom teeth, actually I was scared as i didn’t been into any extraction before, but he took time, made me relaxed, explained the procedure, he made sure that it won’t be any pain at all, in matter for 3 minutes, he done what he said, I didn’t even know that he extracted the teeth until he said the procedure is over..
