No transparency in queue system..Old patients waiting for hours..the known and referee ones comes and checked immediately..the advisory staff controls and manage the system by their own,it seems there is not any control

No transparency in queue system..Old patients waiting for hours..the known and referee ones comes and checked immediately..the advisory staff controls and manage the system by their own,it seems there is not any control over them by hospital management...Today 30082021. I reached hospital at 9:45am.only a few patients reached before me..But at 12:30 pm, when after a long wait when i asked at reception about my tern then I came to know that my number in queue is 28th and the running number is 13th..I asked to refund my fee at once..they not even care to go through the patients problem...so very bad experience at hospital..
