With a 3 months old baby in my hands, I was struggling with lots of personal issues which made me emotionally very weak, vulnerable and stressed all the time. Due to this I was not able to take care of my child whole heartedly. My anxiety reached a level where I started thinking what if I never got out of it. I dreaded being a pessimist for the rest of my life. That’s when I decided to speak to Dr. Makhan. He not only listened to my whole story but also made me understand that I am going through a postpartum depression.
