51 days weight loss challenge turned out to be the best 51 days of the entire calender both mentally and physically.myself been in out of several diets and  so called fitness regimes...ultimatly settled in these 51 days.fitness was never so much fun and encouraging. dr vivek bhartiya sir gave his 110% .he left no stone unturned to motivate us,always giving us positivity and pushing us to do better.i hope i would be able to prove a gud student in return.

He taught us about gud and right eating habits but also a long term lifestyle change which would surely shape up our lives.

Dr.vivek bhartiya sir is fo the most positive motivating and helpfull mentor one could expect.i surely cannot get better guide and mentor.i will continuing my fitness journey under sir's guidence.
