Dr. Manisha Mairal (PhD)

Dr. Manisha Mairal is a Counsellor and Psychotherapist. She wanted to serve society in such a way that people are more aware about the mental health and to work with organizations who are concerned to such serene cause.She has done Ph.D in Stress Coping As a Function of Blood Group,Cognitive Style & Sex" under the faculty of social Science Pt. R.S University,Raipur.She has conducted workshop for positive thinking and positive attitude,parenting with L and T Cement Factory,Hirmi on year 2002-2005.Also conducted workshop for students on Personality Development at Rai University, Raipur .She was a guest speaker/counsellor at MPCON(MP Consultancy Org.)Raipur,Bhilai,Rajanandgaon.She has also been awarded as the "Young Scientist Award for Behavioral Science" by MP Council of Science and Technology (MAPCOST) in year 1995.She has also conducted workshop on Psychological testing for teachers at Bhilai Steel Plant Schools,Bhilai in year 2004-2005.Conducted research work on employees and their families to know about quality of life at UltraTech Cement Plant,Hirmi.Conducted seminar on importance of psychology for education and career counselling for students at Ambuja Vidhyalaya,Ambuja Cement Works,Rawan.Frequently writing career guidance and other psychological related columns and articles in Dainik Bhaskar,Nav Bharat.Psychotherapy and Counselling since 1994.M.Phil :Gold Medalist. M.A :Bronze Medal. Paper presented in various Psychological conference.Also held tele shows in Doordarshan.
