I don't say about the treatment as my treatment is in process but its service system is mis-managed and unfair.I have come for checkup from Bastar, today morning and have bus at evening. I came to the clinic when 52nd appointment was in queue, my appointment is 56th, it is niw 2 hours but yet my turn have not come. They are sending people who were missed their appointments. It is not fair to many people who are waiting here as few gets appointment earlier and come here by their will, there is no responsibility for other's time. When I raised this issue the staff members at reception were misbehaved with me. Which is really a bad way of service by a reputed medical service provider. Please do some reforms in this so that your patients can get a better and equal opportunity of treatment and service.

The recommended medicines were good and the scars and darken spots are now dissapearing slowly. It was really good. And I have a reappointment on 27 jan but due to exam I am unable to come for checkup i will come later f
