I was suffering from high Cholesterol and BP from last 5 years and was looking weight loss and to reduce my Cholesterol and BP without going on medicine which was difficult to get it, but thankfully i found her on Practo and thought to give a try and after meeting her i started her diet plans and in a weeks times i started feeling better and my emery level was good. This summer when I contacted Dietitian Zeenat Khan for nutrition and weight loss counseling. I was having very high cholesterol & at the same time was overweight too. Based on detailed analysis of my lifestyle and my eating habits she recommended diet.

Diet plan was very interesting to follow & I didn't find much difficulty to follow it. She taught me which foods encourage a healthier lifestyle and healthier living.

Within short span of time I started feeling the change & my cholesterol levels are in control & have reduced significant weight as well.

I must say that she just expects you to follow her instructions decently so that you can achieve your target. To date, I am pleased to say that I have lost weight and continue to lose more.
