In July 2020 my father suffered a stroke that left him with paralysis on his right side. When he came back home from the ICU he needed the help of a physiotherapist to begin his rehabilitation. Since I live overseas, it was important that they find someone who they could trust 100 %.

In a tough COVID environment, we relied on an online search via Practo to reach out to Dr. Yogin Nande, as he had excellent recommendations.

This was 7 months ago and I can say with utmost belief that this was the best decision.

My father is 77. His recovery and rehabilitation had to begin from zero both physically and mentally, as he had lost complete use of his right hand and leg.

Dr, Nande arrived with a mission and a positive, uplifting attitude. He established a relationship with my parents and they instantly felt that they were in the best hands.

He designed a program to steadily improve use of the arm, hand and fingers, to to walk again and to gain strength and mobility. With over 2 decades in the field, he applies his experiences with his other patients to encourage and motivate. He tailors his sessions as per the patient and is constantly pushing my father gently to the next level. Thanks to his efforts there is steady and continuous progress in regaining use of the hand and in walking.

I also had the pleasure of meeting him and being present during the sessions when I was in India for 3 months. He is very open and receptive to conversations with family on the treatment path, new areas to explore and try. He is a thorough gentleman, respectful and extremely knowledgeable.

Aside from the exercises, he is also always ready to listen and to engage my parents in conversations to keep their spirits up. They are very comfortable with him and feel that he is part of the family. When I had to leave, I felt a sense of comfort knowing that Dr. Nande is there to help my parents when the need arises - whether it is by picking up medication, or helping them with technology or extending moral support.

Dr Yogin is a wonderful and incredible physiotherapist. I used his services after my TKR surgery because post care is very important after the surgery. I was charmed by his personal approach , he put me at rest when I was in so much pain and could not move my leg by myself. I love the way he explains and tells you which of your bones or musles work when we stretch. He answered all my questions patiently with convincing answers . Thank you Yogin for taking care of me.

After my ACL surgery i took treatment from another physiotherapist for 2 weeks and then i visited my surgeon, surgeon informed that i am not doing my exercise properly and he asked me to contact Dr. Yogin. Then i took treatment from Doctor Yogin and believe me on the first day itself i was happy with the physio therapy session. I was not able to lift up my leg in one of the exercise which i need to do it by sleeping and on the first day of Dr Yogin's physio session i was able to lift my leg up to 5-6 inch . All the exercise was covered within 20 days. He make sure that i am not in pain while doing exercises, some time my knee used to swell as i walk to much on that day he used to give me light exercise. On the first day he checked my whole operated leg and guaranteed me that within 15 days i will be able to walk on stairs and same thing happen on 14 th day i was able to walk comfortable on stairs. My previous physio did not even touch my legs for 2 week but doctor yogin on first day till last session he used to bend my legs with his awesome technic and by last 3 days i was able to touch my legs to butt that was huge achievement for me. Those who have gone through ACL knee surgery might know how difficult this is. Now i am able to jogg and do swimming and cycling. After few days my surgeon will decide when i can run and do full exercise i used to do previous before surgery.I am very happy with his treatment.

I received the reference for Dr.Yogin who from a friend of mine who had a great experience. So after my surgery, I especially asked for Dr.Yogin from the doctor for my physiotherapy.

I was told by other friends who underwent ACL surgery that surgery is an easy process under anaesthesia but the painful and tough part is the physiotherapy and many stop it half way and never get the full range or strength after the surgery.

When I look back now after 4 months, I am extremely grateful for having took the journey with Dr. Yogin. His calming presence, experience and understanding and catering to patients unique challenges has made my journey wholesome. He is extremely punctual and professional and my kids enjoyed his presence.

I got to learn lot of things in that journey and having an extremely experienced and wise person by my side made the journey pain free and positive. Highly recommend him as he works tirelessly and more than required hours to make sure that you are back to you 120%.

I started therapy sessions with Dr Yogin for my son Ved who has overall developmental delay, seizures and muscular issues. As my kid is bed ridden I was in search of physiotherapist who can visit home for sessions.

It is hard for me to find words to express how thankful I am to Dr. Yogin for his treatment sessions to my kid. Dr Yogin is a very good physiotherapist and gem of a person. He takes the pain to explain why a particular movement needs to be done, which muscle is involved and all details to the granular level.

Dr. Yogin is very punctual, gentle, and caring and all these qualities help the patient feel relaxed during the sessions. He is always available for any help or advice required. We know Dr. Yogin for last 3 years and the improvements in my son are satisfactory. I met Dr. Yogin for physiotherapy through the reference of my Surgeon. The entire stint with Dr. Yogin did not feel like a patient was being treated by a doctor, but by a friend to another. All of the sessions to improve my knee condition for bending and strength which recently had an ACL avulsion fracture were extremely fruitful.
