I have visited Dr Vivek as I have sever pain in fingers and right hand fingers get locked in morning, mostly numbness in hand throughout night hours making it difficult to sleep. I got his recommendation from my relative and they seriously took efforts to get into the cause and made me do some tests. Their judgements was correct and they made me do exercises with some supplements to support my deficiencies. They supported in getting right postures and right technique of exercises. My leg was just banded inside the belt after surgery n it’s been told to me that Physiotharapy is the most important part in recovery, again with the bundle of thoughts n pain we started day by day & lemme tell u I didn't even thought i would recover from this so smoothly.. Now I can walk properly, I follow all the instructions at home while doing self exercises.
