I’ve been seeing Dr. Gokhale for psychotherapy to treat depression and have had a very positive experience. Their approach—mainly cognitive-behavioral therapy—has helped me better understand my thought patterns and develop healthier coping skills. Any information shared with her is not private. For 2k per session , complete breach of privacy and broke the safe space that should be created . We paid the amount because we were seeking quality and a good service.
