An unpredicted journey of 10 kg weight loss was amazing.

I was desperately looking for a diet plan obviously to reduce my weight but I didn't want to compromise on the nutrition part of it.

Visited Dr Swapnaja for weight loss plan. She understood my present routine carefully and gave a diet plan that suits my body and my profession. She explained what nutrition is required and the reasons behind that. She gave few options in the diet to allow flexibility. It's been 2 weeks I have been following up the diet plan and I have already lost 2.5kgs. The best part is that she makes us understand why we need to consume certain foods so we stick to the plan for better results. I am 18 years old and have been overweight since childhood so i finally decided to shed this weight off my body as I was becoming very lethargic which each passing day. Dr. Swapnaja is an absolutely wonderful person. She listens to you very patiently, asks you about your likes and dislikes and suggests a very practical and doable diet. Her diet plan broke this myth that less eating makes you lose weight, instead she lays stress on right eating at right intervals which results in effortless weight loss. I have been doing her diet for the past 10 days and have already lost 2.5 kilos. She also suggested a regular lifestyle and regular exercises which at the beginning was difficult to follow but now I am more energetic than I ever was. Thank you so much for such a nice approach. I will be continuing this program till I shed all the extra kilos and get the body I always desired for.
