Ms. Sneha Satheendran is an experienced Psychologist with a masters degree in Counseling Psychology. I opted for counseling sessions with Sneha for some personal issues I had been facing (which caused stress, anxiety and sadness) regarding my relationship, career and needed clarity with a lot of things in order to prioritise things in my life. This was the first time I tried this and it was really very helpful. She is very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable and helped with all the right techniques to go on and become a better version of myself (much needed especially in the lockdown).

So far, she has been very helpful in guiding me in areas i need to work upon to improve myself and she has a very genial tone and attitude towards diagnosing your problems and helping you work on them. It's only been 2 sessions and I've seen some improvement in myself with the help of her techniques. Would definitely recommend her.
She is an amazing psychologist and helped me solve all the queries that were disturbing me in my life and not allowing me to take right decisions. I strongly recommend her for relationship counseling of any kind, anxiety and depression. Way to go Ms Sneha. Prayers and wishes are always with you.

I have had one session here and it was good. Ms Sneha S' approach was logical. She set realistic expectations about how the counselling will be progressed and where she would and would not be able to help. She also listened to various aspects of the problem, asking questions when necessary, before deciding how to progress with the counselling. Suggested a few simple things which were helpful. Communication was crisp, quite an efficient utilization of the the limited counselling time.
