I saw a couple of therapist before visiting Dr. Smita Gandhale. One gem of a person she is. I was unable to perform leg workouts due to the pain. She exactly knew which muscle to treat at the earliest. She fixed my hamstring pain in a week or two. I also had knee issues for which she treated it with utmost care. I can now perform static leg exercises after the treatment. She assured me that I'll start with dynamic workouts very soon. Her consultation is on point. Would recommend her any day.
